Snails are enjoyed as a delicacy in many parts of the world, yet finding fresh, locally raised snails in Canada can be challenging. Our vision is to help change that by producing them right here in British Columbia.
Our farm began with a curiosity about these fascinating little creatures and grew into a genuine passion for raising them. What started as a simple interest has become a journey to learn, build, and create something of our own.
Our approach is simple: happy snails, thoughtful care, and freshness from our farm to your table.
Our Snails
Otala Lactea (Milk Snail)
Milk snails (Otala lactea) are a Mediterranean land snail prized for their mild, delicate flavour and tender texture.
Their subtle taste makes them versatile in the kitchen, pairing beautifully with garlic, butter, herbs, and rich sauces.
Milk snails have long been enjoyed throughout parts of the Mediterranean and North Africa, where they are prepared in a variety of traditional and modern dishes.
